6. Maintenance is limited to the computer it was originaly purchased for.  Multi-computer discounts are available.
7. Hardware, hardware maintenance, hardware repair and labor not included.
8. Operating system failure, hardware failure, data backup / recovery and other operational or functional issues are not covered.
